Serving Size / Yield
- 2 Lbs Ripe Tomatoes
- 3-4 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
Start by rinsing and coring tomatoes.
Cut tomatoes into chunks.
Add to a blender and blend until smooth.
Rub through a strainer and drain into a bowl.
Season with 2 to 3 tbs of vinegar and salt.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Garnish with chopped vegetables.
