  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1/3 C. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/3 C. water

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the beef, ½ cup tomato soup, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and egg in a large bowl. Press the mixture into a loaf pan or baking pan. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes until the meatloaf is cooked through. Let the meatloaf rest and heat 2 tablespoons pan drippings, the rest of the soup, and water in a saucepan. Once the mixture is bubbling, serve over the meatloaf or on the side.
