  • 2lbs chicken drumsticks
  • 1½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon dry white wine

Preheat the oven to 325F. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Place the chicken into a baking dish and then spread the tomatoes around and over the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil and white wine. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until cooked through. If the chicken starts to brown, cover with foil to prevent burning. Remove from oven and let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
