Tony Roma's Famous BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 C. ketchup
- 1 C. vinegar
- 1/2 C. dark corn syrup
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. tabasco
- 4 lb. baby back pork ribs

Directions
For sauce, put all ingredients in large saucepan over high heat. Mix well. After sauce comes to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes. To prepare ribs, remove membrane from the underside of the rack and cut into serving pieces, either 2 or 3 depending on serving size you desire. Coat ribs with sauce. Place in large pan with aluminum foil sides and seam side up. Repeat with other pieces of meat and place in fridge for 24 hours to marinate. Place ribs in 300 degree F oven. Cook for 2 hours. Let ribs cool for a few minutes before serving.
