Tony's Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 13 oz. tuna (in spring water)
- 6 oz. "no yolks" egg noodles
- 1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1/3 C. green onion
- 2/3 C. sour cream
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 sm. zucchini, sliced
- 1 med. tomato
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions
Cook noodles. Grease casserole dish. Drain and flake tuna, then mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onions, thyme and noodles. Spoon 1/2 of mixture in dish, top with 1/2 of cheese and zucchini. Repeat layers. Top with tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
