Ingredients
- 1 1/2 qts. vegetable oil, for deep frying
- 1 16-oz. box dried tortellini
- 1 C. pesto
Directions
In a large saucepan, heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees. Add uncooked tortellini in batches without crowding and cook until blisters form on the surface of the dough. This should take 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot, with pesto for dipping.
