Cheese tortellini is tossed with smoked salmon and a creamy cucumber and dill sauce.

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 C. milk
  • 1/2 C. chopped cucumber
  • 3 oz. smoked salmon, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) Three Cheese Tortellini, cooked, drained

Mix cream cheese and milk in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until well blended, stirring frequently. Add cucumber, salmon and dill; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Toss with hot tortellini.
