Tortellini with Salmon & Dill
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1/2 C. chopped cucumber
- 3 oz. smoked salmon, cut into thin strips
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) Three Cheese Tortellini, cooked, drained
Mix cream cheese and milk in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until well blended, stirring frequently. Add cucumber, salmon and dill; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Toss with hot tortellini.
