  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¾ cups finely crushed lime-flavored tortilla chips
  • ½ cup jarred salsa, for dipping

Preheat oven to 400F.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in egg mixture, and dredge in the tortilla chips.
Grease a baking sheet before spreading out the tenders evenly across it.
Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
