This take on classic nachos has a savory twist—instead of tortilla or corn chips, use tater tots! Tater tots makes up the crispy bed for these totchos, which can then be topped in a hundred different ways!

  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • ½ cup cooked chorizo, crumbled
  • 2 sliced jalapenos
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives
  • Chopped cilantro to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Bake the tater tots according to the package.
Top with shredded cheese and chorizo and bake for another five minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, pico de gallo, black olives, jalapenos and cilantro.
