Hashbrown potatoes combine with cream of chicken soup and crunch cornflakes for a tasty side item.

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 C. melted butter
  • 1 (10oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz. grated American Cheese
  • 1 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 C. crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 C. melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350% degrees. Place thawed potatoes in a 9/13 inch baking pan. Mix together next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with crunched cornflakes and drizzle melted butter over all. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
