Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 container (17 ounce) PLAIN Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons hummus (any variety or flavor!)
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

Chop up all your vegetables very finely and pour them all into a big bowl. Pour in the Greek yogurt, hummus, and honey. Toss, making sure everything is finely coated. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss once more. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve with your favorite dippable foods!

If you want even MORE crunch to your dip, add in chopped water chestnuts or artichoke hearts.
