  • 1 pie crust, ready made
  • 2 C. red potatoes, boiled
  • 2 C. mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 C. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 C. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 C. green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 C. beef, diced and cooked
  • 1 (10-oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 1½ cups Diced, cooked beef
  • 1/3 C. water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large skillet, saute onion, celery and peppers with 1 Tbs. oil for 10 minutes or until onions are clear. Place potatoes, mixed vegetables, sauteed vegetables and beef in a deep dish pie plate. In a medium bowl, stir soup, water, Worcestershire sauce and thyme. Pour soup mixture over beef mixture. Place pie crust over beef mixture. Seal it to dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
