  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • ½ lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained

In a large skillet, sauté garlic and onion briefly until fragrant. Add in beef and brown until fully cooked through. Pour in tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes as sauce thickens.
