Traditional Chicken Potato Casserole

- 2 lbs. prepared mashed potatoes
- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking pan. Spread the prepared mashed potatoes onto the bottom of the baking pan. Set aside. Brown the chicken over the stove for 10-15 minutes. Place the chicken on top of the mashed potatoes. Pour the can of soup. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken. Dash the salt and pepper. Bake for 5-10 minutes.
