  • 2 C. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 4-6 C. flour

Preheat your oven at 375 degrees F. Mix together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add salt, vanilla and baking powder. Mix well. Add flour in thirds while whisking. Roll out dough on floured surface. Use biscuit cutter to cut out cookies. Place on cookie sheets. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
