  • 1 regular flatbread wrap
  • 4 Tbs. olive oil
  • 6 C. fresh spinach leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbs. fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Preheat your oven at 300 degrees F. Cut flatbread into round slices. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and evenly top on each flatbread. Cook for 5 minutes and let it cool before serving.
