  • 32 oz. fresh or frozen green beans, chopped in half and ends trimmed (thawed and drained if using frozen)
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/3 C. French fried onions, divided
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine green beans, soup, milk, soy sauce, and 2/3-cup of onions. Season with a dash of pepper and gently stir until the mixture is fully incorporated. Transfer to a casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake for another five minutes. Let stand for five minutes before serving.
