  • 1 c. of flour
  • 1 c. of white sugar
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar
  • 3 tsp of cinnamon
  • 0.2 c. of milk
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 5 peaches, cut in halves
  • 0.5 c. of sugar powder

Arrange 10 peach halves in a buttered baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, milk, butter, 1 egg and baking powder, mix well until smooth, use electric mixer. Add brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. Spread the mixture evenly over the peaches. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the crust and golden brown. To serve, top with sugar powder.
