  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (5-oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 C. whole milk
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 (16-oz.) container fresh strawberries
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, mix milks and sugar until blended well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. In a blender, process remaining ingredients until smooth. Stir into milk mixture. Pour into freezer container of an electric ice cream maker. Follow directions on product. Remove container with ice cream and place in freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer to container and freeze overnight or until firm.
