Tzatziki comes from Greece so it’s no surprise that Greek yogurt is a dominate component to this dip. This dip is surprisingly easy to make and not many ingredients are necessary to make this amazing dip.

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp. dill, minced

Combine cucumber, garlic, and dill in a food processor
Begin processing mixture while slowly adding lime juice
When thoroughly processed, mix into Greek yogurt
Refrigerate for about 3 hours
