This twist on the classic beef and arugula sandwich uses a third bread slice to trap mustard in-between the sliced deli meat. This keeps the dressing from dribbling out of the sandwich, and contains the spicy flavor of the mustard in the very center of the dish!

  • 3 thick bread slices
  • 1 1/2 oz Fresh Arugula
  • 2 Tbs Brown Mustard
  • 6 1/4-inch-thick slices roast beef
