  • 2 pkg (3.4-oz.) Jell-o lemon flavor instant pudding
  • 2 C. cold milk
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 (6-oz.) graham pie crust
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 (8-oz.) tub whipped topping

Place crust on serving plate. In a large bowl, combine pudding mixes, milk and juice. Whisk for 2 to 3 minutes. Spread 1 C. on bottom of crust. Whisk 1/2 of the whipped topping into remaining pudding mixture. Spread over pudding layer in crust. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill for 3 hours in fridge.
