Triple Strawberry Cake
Ingredients
- l pkg. strawberry cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 C. vegetable oil
- l 3 oz pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
- 4 C. of water
- 2 C. of frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 C. of strawberries, sliced
Directions
Prepare cake according to directions on pkg. using 3 eggs and 2/3 C. oil. Bake as directed for a 9xl3 inch pan. Allow to cool. Prepare the strawberry gelatin according to the pkg. instructions, using the 4 C. of water. Pour over cooled cake while still in liquid form; the cake will absorb it. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or until gelatin is set. Spread whipped topping over cake and top with sliced strawberries.
