  • 1 Can of Creamed Corn
  • 1 Can of Drained Corn Kernels
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Green Onions
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
  • ½ Cup of Cornmeal
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Pinch of Salt

To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease your baking dish of choice. Then, whisk the eggs together in a large bowl. Pour in the creamed corn, ½ of the corn kernels, ¾ of the mushrooms, ¾ of the green onions, the greek yogurt, cornmeal, cheddar cheese, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
