While you preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, grease a baking pan and pour your oats and nuts onto a separate baking tray. Then, place that tray in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until everything is lightly toasted.

In a pan over a medium-high heat, melt together the honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt and stir everything together until it begins to bubble. Allow it to bubble for around 3-5 minutes as you mix before you remove it from the heat.

Pour the oats, nuts, and dried fruit right into the sticky mixture you’ve made and stir until everything is combined well. Then, press it into your baking pan and let it bake for about 15 minutes. Let it cool before you cut it, and then wrap them up in plastic wrap and save them for tomorrow morning!
