  • 3 Cups of Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Sticks of Melted Butter
  • ¼ Cup of Honey
  • ¾ Cup of Blueberries
  • ¾ Cup of Chopped Raspberries
  • ¾ Cup of Chopped Cherries
  • 1 Cup of Sugar

While you preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, line a muffin tin with paper liners. Then, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl until everything is evenly combined. In a separate bowl mix together the milk, eggs, butter, and honey, and then gradually add this mixture to the dry one.

Stir everything until it’s just combined, and then stir in the blueberries, raspberries, cherries, and sugar. Spoon this batter into the liners and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick in the center of a muffin and it comes out clean. Serve warm or room temperature and enjoy!
