  • 1 French baguette
  • 1 can of cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 can of red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can of solid white albacore tuna, in water, drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon of finely chopped red onions
  • ½ tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to season
