Tuna and Rice Quickie

Ingredients
- 1 (12 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (5-oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 C. cooked rice
- 2 (7-oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/4 lb. processed American cheese, grated
- 1/4 C. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 C. finely chopped pimiento
- 2 dashes Tabasco
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot throughout.
