Tuna and White Beans

Ingredients
- 2 15-oz. cans white beans
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp. mined fresh thyme leaves
- 3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 C. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 C. coarsely chopped red onion
- 1 6.5-oz. cans tuna in oil, drained
Directions
Drain the beans and rinse them under cold running water. Drain well. In a large bowl, combine garlic, thyme, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Beat with a fork to blend. Add the beans and red onion and toss to coat. Break the tuna up into medium chunks. Then toss lightly with the beans. Serve the dish at room temperature.
