Tuna Casserole

This was a recipe my mother used to make for those cold winter nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 box elbow macaroni
  • 3 cans tuna fish
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 soup cans milk
  • Peas
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Cook macaroni and put into casserole dish. Add tuna, well-drained and chopped, cream of mushroom soup, milk, peas, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. If it looks dry, add another can of milk. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven as soon as done so it doesn't dry out. I always mix the soup and milk together first then add to the macaroni.
