Tuna Fish Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 C. flaked tuna fish
- l pimiento, finely chopped
- 4 C. medium white sauce
- 2-4 baking powder biscuits
Directions
In a saucepan, mix fish with the pimiento and white sauce. Heat thoroughly. Put into a greased casserole. Top with baking powder biscuits (biscuits shouldn't be too thick or they will not cook sufficiently). Bake 25 minutes in a moderate 350-degree oven. Mushrooms can be added to casserole, if desired.
