Tuna Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can (10 ¾ oz) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 ¼ C. milk
- 3 C. hot cooked rotini pasta
- 12.5 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 1/3 C. French’s French Fried Onions
- 10 oz package frozen peas and carrots
- ½ C. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
In 2 quart microwave dish, mix soup and milk. Stir in pasta, tuna 2/3 C. French fried onions, vegetables and cheese. Cover, microwave 10 minutes, or until hot, stirring once. Top with 2/3 C. onions, microwave 1 minute
Conventional Directions:
Prepare as above. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes until hot.
