Tuna Pasta Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. can tuna, drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 C. chopped green onions
- 1/3 C. sour cream
- 16 oz. noodles or pasta, cooked and drained
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/3 C. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except for the parmesan cheese and place into a 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes, then serve.
