Ingredients

  • 1 box Eden Foods Kamut Spirals
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 C. celery, cut up
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 2 cans tuna
  • Dressing:
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to instructions on box, 8 to 10 Minutes. Drain. Add hard-boiled eggs, celery, onion, peppers and tuna. Combine dressing ingredients and mix all together. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
