  • 2 cans (6 oz.) tuna in water
  • ½ C. celery, chopped
  • ¼ C. small onion
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 slices bread
  • tomatoes, sliced
  • lettuce

Drain the tuna in a strainer in the sink.
In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread tuna mixture on 4 bread slices.
Top with lettuce and tomato slices.
Top with remaining bread slices and serve.
