Tuna Spinach Topping for Crackers
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 6-oz. can tuna, drained
- 1/2 C. chow mein main noodles
- 1/2 C. fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 can mixed nuts, chopped (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and set in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to chill. Then serve as a topping on crackers.
