  • 4 Fillets of tuna
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Ginger Root
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Vegetable Stock Seasoned

Lightly season the tuna with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Bring the vegetable stock to a simmer and place the salmon in the stock and let cook for about 8 to 10 minutes. Mince the garlic and ginger. Heat a sauté pan and sauté the garlic and ginger until lightly golden brown. Add the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and cook until slightly thickened. Add the sugar and stir until the sugar is well incorporated. Take out the fish and plate it. With a spoon, pour the sauce over the tuna. Serve lemon wedges on the side and enjoy.
