Turkey Breast in the Crockpot
Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast
- 1 stick of butter.
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1/2 C. water
- salt, pepper to taste
Directions
Put butter into the chest cavity of the turkey breast. Put in crock pot on low and cook all day. Remove breast and make gravy from broth by mixing 1/4 cup of flour with 1/2 cup of water and pouring into broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
