Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. ground turkey, 1 dark meat and 1 breast
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, minced
- 3 Tbs. garlic, minced
- 1 C. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 Tbs. oregano
- 2 Tbs. parsley
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. To shape, use the top of a peanut butter jar, lined with deli paper. Lay burgers on cookie sheet and place in freezer until frozen. Store in Ziplock bags in freezer. Top them with lettuce, tomatoes or make two for dinner serve with rice, green vegetables, salad and white wine.
Yield: 15-18 burgers
Note: You can also use this recipe to make meatballs (use a 1 1/2 to 2-inch ice cream scoop to shape) or turkey meatloaf. To freeze, place on cookie sheet until frozen, then put in Ziploc bags and freeze until ready to use.
