Turkey Cranberry Bagels
Ingredients
- Spread:
- 1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1/2 C. chopped dried cranberries or cherries
- 1/3 C. low fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard
- Sandwich:
- 4 bagels, split
- 1/2 lb. smoked turkey breast
- 4 slices Swiss, Provolone or Monterey Jack cheese Lettuce
Directions
Stir together the spread ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. To make sandwiches, divide spread among the bottom bagel halves. On the top of the spread, layer
1/4 of the turkey, 1 slice cheese, 1 or 2 lettuce leaves. Top with the other bagel half and serve.
Yield: 4 sandwiches
