Delicious, quick and easy recipe for using all that leftover turkey!

  • 2 lbs. cooked turkey, bones removed and cut up
  • 2 lbs. frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • two 10.5-oz cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1 Tbs. sage

Mix all ingredients together and put into a crockpot or oven. Heat until hot and cheese is melted.
