These turkey meatballs are easy to make and can be used in a plethora of ways. Serve with pasta for a hearty dinner or on French bread for an Italian sub lunch. Either way, you will be full and happy.

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/4 C. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 C. parsley, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

In a large bowl, combine the turkey, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and egg. Use hand to mix and form golf ball sized meatballs. In a pan, sauté the garlic until golden. Pour the tomatoes into the crockpot and stir in garlic. Place the meatballs in the sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
