Turkey Meatloaf For Ground Turkey Haters
- 3 lb. ground turkey 93/7
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans mushroom and roasted garlic soup
- Milk, enough to refill 1 soup can
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix soup mix and 1 can of mushroom garlic soup well. Add ground turkey and mix with with your hands or a large spoon. In a large baking pan, form mixture into a loaf. In a small bowl mix other can of mushroom garlic soup with a canful of milk and mix well. Pour over loaf.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. During the last 20 minutes of baking, remove foil to brown. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice, the soup makes a great sauce. Add a salad and you have a great comforting meal.
Refrigerate leafovers if any in an air tight container.
