  • 1 lb. turkey cutlets, chopped
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp. green onion, minced
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1/2 C. frozen peas
  • Pepper to taste

Layer turkey, onions and mushrooms in crockpot Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Remove turkey and vegetables to serving bowl. Turn slow cooker to high. Blend flour with cream until smooth. Pour into crockpot. Stir in salt, tarragon and pepper. Return cooked vegetables and turkey to slow cooker. Stir in peas. Cover and cook 1 hour or until sauce is thickened and peas are heated through.
