  • 3 quarts water
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 4 chopped carrots
  • 3 chopped garlic
  • 3 turkey drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Place the turkey and water in a large pot and bring the pot to a boil. Add the onions, carrots, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Lower the heat and simmer the pot for 2 hours. Remove the drumsticks and strip the meat from the bones and tendons before chopping the meat. Return the chopped meat to the pot. Fill another large pot with water and bring the pot to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the noodles and add the noodles to the turkey soup. Serve.
