Chicken noodle soup is something we all know and love. But why not change it with up turkey since it is leaner meat. This recipe is easy to make and the perfect comfort food to eat while you de-stress after a long day.

  • 1 bag of wagon wheel noodles
  • 2 turkey breasts, diced
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 cup sliced carrots, peeled
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon of celery salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of dried sage
  • ¼ teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon of dried thyme

First, cook the wheel pasta for five minutes and then drain. In the meantime, bring the turkey, celery, carrots, celery salt, sage, pepper, rosemary and thyme to a boil in the chicken broth. Once the broth is at a rolling boil and the turkey is no longer pink, lower the heat and add in the noodles. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Once the turkey and noodles are tender, spoon into a bowl, eat and enjoy!
