  • 8 C. chicken broth
  • 12 oz. wide egg noodles
  • 2 C. water
  • 3 C. shredded turkey
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, fresh and chopped
  • 2 tsp. sage leaves, fresh and chopped
  • 3 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 C. carrots, sliced
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • Pepper to taste

Heat a large pan on medium-high and add the olive oil, carrots, celery, and onion. Saute the veggies for about 10 minutes until they’re tender. Add the garlic and then pour in the broth. Add in the sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil for about 5 minutes. Add the noodles and cook them for about 8 minutes. Add in the turkey and simmer for 5 minutes.
