This delicious warm sandwich is quick and easy! You can add other ingredients like tomatoes to the turkey panini, but these 5 ingredients alone already create a flavorful lunch.

  • 8 ounces sliced cooked turkey breast
  • 2 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 4 teaspoons basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 slices bread

In a small bowl, combine the pesto and mayonnaise well. Spread the mixture on 4 slices of bread and top that with 2 ounces turkey and ½ ounce of cheese. Top with the remaining 4 slices to complete the panini. Place the sandwiches on a large skillet that is pre-sprayed with cooking spray and top with another large skillet. Cook the sandwich for 3 minutes on each side so that it is golden brown.
