Wonderful, tasty old time dinner casserole.

  • 2 C. leftover turkey, no skin
  • 1 C. leftover turkey gravy
  • 1 can turkey gravy
  • 1 can cooked potato slices
  • 1 small can cut carrots
  • 2-crust pie crust mix

Make crust as directions state. Divide in half. Line bottom and sides of a 9x9 inch  baking dish. Combine turkey gravies in a separate bowl. Place a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of carrots and a layer of cooked turkey in pan. Pour on 1/3 of gravy mixture. Repeat at least once with layers. Pour rest of gravy and cover with thin rolled pie crust mix. Prick top crust for steam. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue to bake about 40 minutes until brown and bubbly.
