Turkey-Zucchini Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 3 C. sliced zucchini, slightly steamed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing mix, prepared per pkg. directions
- 4 oz. grated cheese
Directions
Brown the turkey in a skillet and place it in a 9x13-inch dish. Place the steamed zucchini on top of the ground turkey layer. Spread the soup over the zucchini and turkey. Cover the soup layer with the prepared stuffing mix. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly.
Yield: 4-6 servings
